If you have any problem with your jewelry, we will offer you a replacement (if available), or, in some cases, repair the item. If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry you have ordered, you may return

Return and Exchanges: Gemstones and Ice proudly stands behind the quality of the jewelry that we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within - 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping or replace it.

How to Return an order:

1: Ship Your Exchange: Ship your exchange using a traceable method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, FedEx). We recommend  that the package is insured, that way you are protected against any loss during shipment.

2: Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your exchange. Your exchange will be processed in 2 business days of its receipt and shipped back to you for FREE.
