Shipping Policy and Cost

Shipping: Mail orders received before 3pm (PST) will be shipped on the same business day it is received. If your order is received after 3pm (PST) your order will only ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. 

Shipping Methods: Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been picked up by USPS for shipment you will receive an email notification confirming shipment along with your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your order in transit until it reaches you or your recipient.

Instructions to track you order: Track Online: Use the link on your email shipment confirmation, which will take you directly to our website. There you can review your order details and track the status of your shipment instantly via  USPS.

Track by Phone: If you would prefer, please feel free to contact customer service at 1-443-528-0277 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm EST) to assist you in tracking your order.

International Orders: USPS International Flat Rate insures up to a $45 value of your package. If you wish to insure the full value of your package, please choose USPS Priority Mail. Please note that USPS International Priority Mail does not ship to the following countries: Australia, Bolivia, Canada, India, Israel, Poland and Romania. If your package is lost, Gemstones and Ice will only refund the insured amount of your package.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: The customs office of your country may impose custom fees, import duties, tax or other charges to your order. These charges vary depending on the country. Gemstones and Ice cannot provide any estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.
